I have always felt that the crow in the foreground lacked detail and it has been bothering me even more since I completed a raven for a client at the end of last year. I have only added details to the wings and feet, but it already looks better. Now, to finish it and take photos before the February 15 deadline!
My question today is ‘how do you deal with people copying your work?’
As you can see, I am making steady progress on my current commissioned oil painting. At this stage, the imprimatura is completed
The commission I am currently working on is a large raven painting for a client who lives in Montana part of the year. From the beginning, this has been an exciting project because of the sheer joy my client has brought to the discussion of her work.
