I would like to thank everyone who worked so hard to make yesterday's market a success for all of the vendors. All of the volunteers and staff were extremely supportive and accommodating. I can honestly say I have never worked with a more helpful group of people.
I am currently preparing for events through the end of November and setting up several new concepts to work on simultaneously, including the launch of my #wildwomanportraits and #unconventionalwomanportraits in oils.
I'm currently working on a tavern style sign to promote my public studio as well as inventory for an upcoming open house. w gallery and makers' space inside Wood, Metal, Clay in downtown Commerce. This is a ground-floor opportunity for me that was offered by a local businessman who specializes in carpentry, custom interiors, and handcrafted furniture.
I was recently approached by a group of local craftsmen about managing a makers' space in downtown Commerce. I met with them last week to discuss the venture.
